My name is Randy Lee Bumgarner. I grew up in a small town of 200 people before going off to attend the Oklahoma City University School of Law.
In attending law school, I had two goals. The first was to make my parents proud by proving that their confidence in me was well founded. The second was to learn a trade that would allow me to help people get through difficult times in their lives. After having practiced law for over 25 years, I've come to believe that I've succeeded in achieving both goals.
